Repeatable account observations.
Our documentary research does not establish how account opening, support or a withdrawal worked in practice. This protocol defines the evidence required before publishing such an observation.

The programme has not yet produced a completed test. Broker processing-time claims are not our measurements. Synthetic examples in the statement analyser are not observations.
Record the exact setting
Record residence, legal entity from the agreement, tier, platform, currency, product, payment method and timezone. Use a consented adult researcher’s real identity and eligible account. A demo account must be labelled demo.
Account opening
Record application and decision timestamps, requested document categories, additional checks and the outcome. Publish requirements without exposing identity documents, account numbers or private contact details.
Support
Use a fixed question about a specific account term. Preserve the channel, wording, send and reply times, and answer. Separate a support statement from a contractual term; one reply does not establish consistent service quality.
Withdrawals
Record the amount and currency, original funding source, request time, approval time, bank receipt time, gross and net amounts, fees and verification requests. Report unsuccessful and delayed attempts as well as completed ones. A completed withdrawal establishes that experience only.
Observed trading conditions
Declare the instrument, order type and size, session, platform, clock source and sampling interval before collecting observations. Report the distribution and sample size. Spread snapshots alone do not measure slippage or execution quality.
Review before publication
Retain redacted evidence with an access-controlled reference, protocol version and reviewer. Publish the dates, sample size, outcome, exclusions and limitations. Preserve corrections; never combine different entities or payment methods into an unqualified brand score.
Opening or funding an account, contacting support, and placing trades are separate human research activities. They are not performed by this website. Research budgets, participant consent and evidence handling must be arranged before a trial starts.
